§ 1 Organizer

1. The competition is offered by MATEIDL Hotel-Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. (Baby+Kinderhotel Sonnelino/Hotel&Spa Sonne). Legal recourse is excluded. The data protection regulations as published on the homepage of the above-mentioned provider apply.
2. If I give my consent, the personal details and data I provide will be stored within MATEIDL Hotel-Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. (Baby+Kinderhotel Sonnelino/Hotel&Spa Sonne), processed in an automated manner and used for advertising purposes.

§ 2 Participation

1. Participation is only possible via the Internet and is in no way dependent on the purchase of services from MATEIDL Hotel-Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. (Baby+Kinderhotel Sonnelino/Hotel&Spa Sonne). By participating in the competition, the participant declares his/her agreement with the rules of the competition. Participation is possible within the times specified in the competition (13.03.2025-20.03.2025).
2. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of his/her data, in particular his/her e-mail and/or postal address.
3. Participants must be of legal age. Children and young people can only take part instead of their legal guardians if they have given their express consent. In the event of a correct solution, the prize goes to the parents or legal guardians.

§ 3 Exclusion from the prize draw

1. Employees of MATEIDL Hotel-Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. (Baby+Kinderhotel Sonnelino/Hotel&Spa Sonne), their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and realisation of the competition are not eligible to participate.
2. Ferienhotels Sonne reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation.
3. Persons who use unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently cancelled and reclaimed. Anyone who provides false personal details may be excluded from the competition.

§ 4 Realisation and processing

1. The competition takes place from 13.03.-20.03.2025.
2. The winners will be selected at random and notified within 2 days of the closing date by private message via the Facebook page of the MATEIDL Hotel-Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. (Baby+Kinderhotel Sonnelino/Hotel&Spa Sonne). The winner agrees to contact the MATEIDL Hotel-Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. (Baby+Kinderhotel Sonnelino/Hotel&Spa Sonne) directly in person after being notified.
3. We accept no liability for any technical problems that may occur during e-mail correspondence or during the registration process for the prize draw.
4. The prize can only be redeemed on 23 March 2025 at the Familienmesse Salzburg after the competition.
5. The prize can only be redeemed by prior arrangement and subject to availability on 23rd March 2025. No cash redemption possible.
6. The prize will not be paid out in cash and cannot be passed on to third parties.
7. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. Legal recourse is excluded.

§ 5 Warranty disclaimer

1. MATEIDL Hotel-Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. (Baby+Kinderhotel Sonnelino/Hotel&Spa Sonne) would like to point out that the availability and functions of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The application may be terminated and removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the MATEIDL Hotel-Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. (Baby+Kinderhotel Sonnelino/Hotel&Spa Sonne).

§ 6 Concluding provisions

1. Legal recourse is excluded.
2. There will be no correspondence about the competition.
3. Austrian law shall apply exclusively.
